“Every Serendipity Blue journey is built from a blank page.
From the first conversation to your return home, the work is done slowly, by hand, by people who care about this country and about your time in it.”

The Process

  • A man sitting at a polished wooden table in a modern office overlooking a city, talking on a cellphone with a smile, with a laptop and a gold pen on the table behind him.

    The conversation

We start with a private call or a meet and greet in person. We want to understand who's travelling, what would make the trip meaningful to you, and what would make it the opposite.

  • A world map focusing on New Zealand with a small black coffee cup and a fountain pen placed on it, on a wooden surface.

    The design

We build your itinerary from scratch. Routes, pacing, properties, people, cuisine, contingencies. We consider the full picture, share a draft with you, and keep refining until it's right.

  • A document titled 'Terms of Engagement' from Serendipity Blue, placed on a wooden surface with a gold pen beside it.

    The engagement

Once you are happy with the itinerary, we send our terms of engagement and a deposit invoice. With those settled, we shift into logistics mode and start making formal arrangements.

  • Black helicopter parked on a grassy field with dry, golden grass and rolling hills in the background.

    The preparation

Once the itinerary is agreed, we coordinate everything behind the scenes. Ground, air, sea, lodges, guides, hostesses, partners, permits, equipment. By the time you arrive, every detail has been arranged by someone who has worked in this country for years.

  • A white yacht named ATA RANGI cruising in a body of water near green land with trees, under a partly cloudy sky.

    In country

We are with you for the duration of your stay. We are there when you need us and working quietly in the background when you do not. Your hostess looks after you at home, your guide leads you while exploring, and your chef curates your culinary journey. Every detail is cared for so your time feels effortless.

  • A black SUV parked on a gravel mountain road with rolling hills and rugged mountains in the background under a cloudy sky.

    After you leave

The relationship doesn't end at the airport. We follow up, we listen to what landed and what we could have done better, and we keep the door open for next time. We also deliver a hardback coffee table photo album of your time in New Zealand.
